Hehe, I think it's a pretty common feeling, especially for perfectionists or people just generally new to a craft. One thing NaNo has taught me over the two years I've done it, is that although I am most definitely a perfectionist (I've known that since I was about 8 years old), it doesn't mean I can't love the things I create, even if they are far from perfect.

So what's first on your plate out of *all* the things, suchheights?  Nearly finished remastering my web versions of my HP vid, hurray! Next up - DVD files for cons and such, and then I'll finally be able to get rid of the project and have some sweet HD space back! |

I swear, I should have enough, and yet I am trying to finish a Lost Girl vid right now, just so I can delete it to make room for the clips for the vid I should be working on. HD space: there's never enough.  |

I think it works in exactly the same way as the dictum that your spending habits/quality of living always increase along with your pay rises, so you never have enough money. ;D

It is a good motivator, though. This Lost Girl vid has sat on my hd since... February? I was making it for Sandy, so it's been hard to go back to. |

First I'm trying to rustle up a quick Doctor Who vid as a birthday present for a friend, and hopefully once that's done I can concentrate on festivids and my Fringe auction vid.

Finally finished and posted my X-Men big bang fic trailer (which was coming along very slowly because vidding someone else's constructed reality is not always easy). Now that that's out of the way, I can work on Festivids, Escapade vids, and finish up my 7 minute long secret santa vid. All totally possible to do within the next month, right?  |

Finished a draft of the Lost Girl vid! That's, um, two vids I've finished in a month, when I've been averaging 1-2 a year. You all are to blame.
Crap, now I have no excuse not to work on the hard one that I'm supposed to be working on. *deep breath*

That The Eagle vid I basically just threw together for myself? I actually quite like it, particularly now that obsessive24 has showed me how to tweak it using Avisynth. And now I keep wondering whether I should properly finish it, which means I'd have to go over the narrative again and push things around but ah, that'd be so much work ;D |
