I bet that total will go up by another 10-15 too, with all the treats in progress. ;D If it's only 10-15, I'll eat my hat. Tons of people turn in treats and pinch hits on the last day. We still have an entire weekend (a three-day one for some of us) for last-minute vidding plus all of next week. |

Bwahaha, obviously I am being way too conservative with my estimate. I myself have a treat I am hoping to turn in before the bell tolls. And it's a vid that ran away with me and turned into something that totally took me by surprise. That's never happened to me before, so I am kind of looking at it going, "who are you, vid, and how did you get on my timeline?" It'll be interesting to see what kind of reaction it gets, since it's a total departure from what I would normally vid.

Out of curiosity - do you guys watch ALL THE VIDS? I usually get through about 20 before I run out of steam and promise myself I'll come back to the rest but never do. ;D

I watch all the vids from the fandoms I like at once (which ends up being a lot of vids!) and then later on, go through and watch the rest.

I can't watch ALL THE VIDS due to RL time constraints, so I generally watch (in order) the one(s) made for me, then all those in fandoms I like or am interested to see, then if there's buzz about vids I've not watched, I'll watch them. After reveals, I'll then watch those by vidders I like, if I've not already watched theirs.
Gah, is it the weekend yet?

Watch all my fandoms, then all the fandoms I've heard of/seem interesting, then I start to go through the whole list and eventually wear myself out before I get through them all. |

So far, I think I've watched all of them except one (and I can go back and watch it now because I've seen the show I didn't want to get spoiled for!) I just open them all up in tabs and have at it an hour or two a night for the week. I am not so sure that's going to be possible this year. But I'm going to try! This year though, the sheer # of them might thwart my plan as it will bring firefox to a crawling halt.
