Hey Zohar, I always wanted to visit your country. One day this will happen, I hope. This would be a dream becoming true.

My cousin-in-law's wife is from Israel and they went back last year. He couldn't stop raving about the hummus after he came back. ;D I would take a trip to Israel just to eat hummus all day.

Zohar, cool! I have never been to Israel, but my youngest sister did a birthright trip last summer and came back hopelessly in love (and with a metric ton of pictures). I'd love to go someday myself

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, currently living in Lafayette Hill (technically not in Philadelphia, but only about 2 inches away, LOL)
Barkley, Whereabouts in Philly are you?

@ Zohar: my best friend has spent her two weeks long holiday in Israel with her husband some years ago. As Eunice's sister, she also was in love with this country. I really enjoyed her enthusiasm as she talked about her experiences. ANd the pictures! That's why I also want to make this tour.

live right near Stevens Point in Wisconsin but have lived in a few countries and states. Love America. Wasn't born here but I think of it as 'home'

I live in New York City right now, but I'm moving back home to the San Francisco area this summer.

I still want to go back to do a Mekong Delta river boat tour. I've never been to Vietnam, but there's a really nice boat tour that goes from the Thai-Lao border crossing in Chiang Rai down to Luang Prabang. I did it a couple of years ago with my mother.

Ooh, Thailand and Laos are on my list of Places to Go. One of my friends who taught with me in Korea raves about her trip to Thailand and how awesome it was.

Same, I'd love to see Thailand! I just love Asia in general but Thailand is up there. I have a friend who's Thai but lives in US and she always talks about Thailand and hiw she'd love to go back
