Hi guys,
As you can no doubt see, I bunged this forum up with a few pieces of string and a bit of spit. It's been a week and it looks like there's ongoing activity *touch wood*, so maybe it's time to think about slightly longer-term maintenance.
It'd be nice to get a few staff members to be active presences around the forum and make sure new posters are settling in okay. (And moderate if necessary, but that hasn't been an issue so far and I hope that continues to be the case.)
Personal circumstances/available free time will change, so it should be a fairly flexible commitment to step down or stay on whenever you like.
If you are keen to volunteer your time to staff the forum, please send me a private message. Thank you!
P.S. Please don't feel like you can't volunteer if you're a "vidding newbie". Everyone is a newbie to this forum after all. I think the most important attribute of staff members is a focus on being approachable and inclusive, as well as having enough spare time to maintain an active presence on the boards.
