Heya quick question: Do any of these converters convert MKV files? My trusted source...source sent me files in a format I've never heard of and Vdub is like um...no.

Funny that you ask, because I am using Handbrake to convert an MKV file right now.

It's a bit of a roundabout way, but I use Format Factory to convert them to VOBs, which VirtualDubMod can read, and then I just clip them normally. For some reason my SonyVegas can't read the VOBs, though, hence why I then convert them to avis via VDM.

Nother quick question: My MKV files have captions, which I can disable in VLC, right? Well, I can't seem to disable them when converting them in Format Factory. I can't find the setting, or it's impossible? Going to try with handbrake now, but I figured I'd ask in case that failed. Thanks!
